Jones & Copeland Smiles - Dr. Eric W. Jones, DMD

I been going to Jones & Copeland smiles for years. I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I have had a dental implant with Dr. Jones and he did an amazing job. I didn't feel a thing and he kept asking how was I doing? Do you have any pain? Are you okay? Which makes me feel better that they truly care about my comfort. And I called for an appointment because one of my tooth was sensitive and I wanted to get it checked out. Kim was able to work me in last minute and I got my tooth fixed that same day. The staff is so helpful, awesome, and always kind. Dr. Copeland has also worked on my teeth in the past and she was gentle and caring too. I don't trust anyone else and won't go anywhere else. I always go back to Jones & Copeland Smiles for all my dental needs!

My husband & I moved 25 miles from our previous Dentist of 15 + yrs. & continued to make the drive for a couple of years because we absolutely loved everyone there. However, once construction to widen 85 began, the added traffic forced us to find a practice closer to home. Fearful it would be a challenge to find a comparable practice nearby, we remembered our previous Hygienist left to be closer to her new home which happened to be near ours. Miraculously, we found MELISSA & knowing her high standards, we knew she would only work for the BEST! That was an understatement! ALL of the staff go above & beyond to welcome each patient in a friendly, professional atmosphere that’s beautifully decorated & impeccably clean. You can rest assured that you’ll receive the highest quality care by their knowledgeable staff, using the latest state of the art equipment. We LOVE JlC SMILES!

My wife and I have come here for years and other than local anesthetic, we have never had a bad taste left in our mouths. We have had everything from cleanings and checkups to root canals and extractions here. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This is the first dentist office I have been to where I actually trust the dentists.

Today my son Jhace had a filling done and after his appointment he texted me to say how nice everyone at the office was. I think that’s pretty awesome if you ask me for a 16yr old “boy” to take the time. I definitely agree with him, but sometimes I think I may be a little partial to everyone here 😉

What an amazing dental office!! I love our hygienist Shae and dr Copland! They go out of their way to make sure my family including my kiddos feel comfortable during our visits. The education and information is always communicated in an amazing way that is completely age appropriate. Even the not so fun stuff about going to the Dentist is made easy!! Kimberly and Colleen always answer the phone and are more then happy to help us as well!!
