Paid parking map

Paid parking zones in Krakow mainly cover the central and most frequented districts of the city, such as the Old Town, Kazimierz and Krowodrza. These areas are popular with both tourists and locals, leading to limited parking. The introduction of paid parking zones is aimed at controlling the number of vehicles that enter these areas and encouraging the use of public transport.

Parking fees apply from Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 20:00 (takes place at parking meters):

  • subzones A – PLN 6 for the first and each subsequent hour of parking
  • subzones B - PLN 5 for the first and each subsequent hour of parking
  •  subzones C – PLN 4 for the first and each subsequent hour of parking

Paid parking zones are marked with appropriate road signs and are located on streets where paid parking is required. Tourists and residents have the option to park their car in these zones, but must pay a parking fee. Payments can be made using parking meters located along the streets, as well as via mobile applications, such as mobile payment systems.
