Globally influenced, Sora is a deliberately thought out plan to bring traditional sushi to the Midwest. We came together as we all knew we wanted the same thing for our hometown.

We wanted to create an elevated experience that can extend beyond the restaurant and into your home. At Sora, it’s about more than just the food. We are all believers of our city, children of immigrants, regular kids who wanted to chase their dreams and give our city something they truly deserve.

What started as a ghost kitchen offering a unique sushi takeout experience has now evolved into a full-service restaurant!
