Co-founder Reza Farahani’s passion for sharing Iran’s rich cuisine with the rest of the world in an atmosphere properly representing Iranian’s reputation for hospitality has come to fruition by forming an all-star team of chefs and hospitality professionals. Joon’s culinary team is led by Chef-Owner Chris Morgan, one of DC’s renowned chefs, known for his culinary achievements receiving a Michelin Star at Maydan and Executive Chef Najmieh Batmanglij, who has been hailed as the Grande Dame of Iranian Cooking by The Washington Posts. Together the two have combine their passion to put Iran’s rich culture and cuisine in the spotlight.
