We are so far removed from the other Franchised Cafes, that we prefer not to be included in that group! Our Barista Trainer visits the majority of the Sierra Cafes every week, and monitors their Barista's. He has trained every one of them, and keeps track of them all via a Barista Register.As a result of this attention to the finished product, we can guarantee every cup of coffee in every Sierra café. So, the coffee is without a doubt very good. Now the food: Our food offering is relatively unique as well. Each Cafes Menu has been customized to suit the local customers. What you get from a CBD Café is a very different offer to the Sierra found in your local village.
