arrived well packed and in good shape. the listing did not mention her dress was damaged. theres a rip in the back which was not shown. seller also did not add the tracking to my order so i was unable to track it. doll also arrived smelling like she was sprayed with something. as someone with fragrance allergies this should have been noted.

Hi! Apologies for the rip in her dress, I'd never noticed it before and didn't intentionally not disclose it. Tracking wasn't requested on the package so I didn't provide it, but feel free to request it in the future if you'd like to be able to track. The scent may have been from the original packaging -- I do not use any fragrance products in my home so it is possible that the original packaging she came in was sprayed with something in store.
