Der Artikel kam über eine Woche zu spät. Als frech Empfand ich es, den Artikel eine Woche nach dem geplanten Lieferungstermin wie bei E-Bay beschrieben, am Freitag schnell noch als Geplante Auslieferung zu avisieren. Dann dauerte es logischerweise noch eine Woche bis geliefert wurde. Eine Aufbau Anleitung erhielt ich aus erst auf Nachfrage. Diese war aber so unverständlich erklärt das sie NICHTS nützte. Ebenso wurden Dübel beigelegt, welche nirgendwo passend gemacht werden konnten.

Hallo, dfas ist sachlich leider nicht korrekt, da Sie Sonderzubehör dazu bestellt haben was, wie in der Artikelbeschreibung zu lesen ist, eine längere Lieferzeit hat als die angegebene! Dies wurde Ihnen auch telefonisch nach der Bestellung mitgeteilt.
Die Trackingnummern und Aufbauanleitung wurde nachweislich an die angegebene E-Mail versendet. Es wäre doch ratsam, wenn etwas unklar ist mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt aufzunehmen, so lässt sich manches Problem mühelos klären.
