I can't figure out if this is a scammer or not. I never received the product (some bull story about mix up in shipping), but he did provide a refund. I ended up having the same shipping issue as described by others. I received a USPS tracking #. Once the package was showing "delivered," and I had NOT received it, I reached out to USPS. Postal worker verified it was a valid tracking #, but confirmed it was not my name or address on the label (very strange). USPS suggested probable scam!
