Due to no fault of the seller, USPS had MAJOR problems getting my package delivered. It arrived in Seattle, then got sent BACK to Chicago before being delivered in Seattle. During this ordeal, seller was vigilant in keeping track of package, communicating with USPS and myself, right until delivery. Thank you for doing your part. Now, if only USPS would own up to their screwup, and refund me the shipping cost… NOT for the seller to refund out of pocket - not seller’s mistake to own.

Good looking but no good quality
This particular Bachmann engine is not a quality product. It has little pulling power especially when the layout has 3-4 percent grades. It is light weight which is part of the problem. It has a very limited functional decoder even if it is a Tsunami. It is probably good if you are running it on a level surface. It is a good looking engine. The coupler rod on the engine is always dropping off the pin located on the tender. I wish more train manufacturers made the HO Berkshire engine. I'm sorry for this report but I am telling it as I have found the engine I purchased.This particular Bachmann engine is not a quality product. This model is certainly different from years past. Much better detail and operating characteristics rival those of other brands and makes. Bachmann has taken a big step forward on their quality control.
