The items received was not as described as it is missing one of the attachments shown in the picture. Additionally, it was dead and will not work at all with any of the two attachments that came with it. Described as new in box, item showed signs of being used or refurbished. Contacted seller since item not as described and no response. Any reputable seller would accept returns on "new" items that do not work at all or received that are not as described. Horrible experience.
