The item seemed to be packed well but UPS appeared to have damaged it in transit nevertheless. The seller was very responsive, attempted to resolve the issue, and, when I decided the damage was not something I wanted to deal with, quickly offered a full refund. Awesome service. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again. I gave the seller full marks for item description because damaged occurred during transit.

Fair price but such an elaborate FleA carry-case is excessively heavy, adding to the cost & shipping of the 251 microphone and, in my opinion, totally unnecessary! My three other FleA mics came in foam-lined cardboard boxes.
