This item came with no instructions or any item part’s description. Made it difficult to assemble, but we were able to find a YouTube video to help us out. Told the seller, and they were going to send me instructions, but I still haven’t gotten them. But, it appears all parts were included, and hopefully put together properly. Haven’t hooked it up to plumbing yet so time will tell. I like the size of this shampoo station, and seems like it will be a comfortable chair with adjustable tilting sink
