It was in the process of being installed in the van shown in the photos, but the intended user experienced increasingly challenging health issues eventually requiring Hospice-care. What was intended to facilitate twilight-years mobility and bucket-list travel goals became un-needed equipment. We do not have the carton, but I personally oversaw disassembly and buyer can be re-assured everything is there and will be shipped. With some help from the manual and online/phone assistance from manufacturer this can be installed in short order. The cool concept is that the user can have his/her mobility scooter, lifted and then slid 'inside' the vehicle. A great concept for those who don't want a powered wheel-chair handing off the back of a vehicle Theft and exposure to elements are always legitimate concern for those traveling with mobility scooters. We would so prefer a local pick-up but will ship if need be, PLEASE READ BELOW!”
