The Excel sheet works fine. Maybe you do not have excel to open it with. If you do please open excel then open workbook. This software works fine and is very good at what it does. I have no control over allowing feedback here on eBay, that will be on you or eBay. I do not manipulate the feedback or control it. As ad states it works on MS Excel. if you do not have then you should read the Ad before buying. I have no way to know if you copy it and just want your money back. Free Stuff, I think not

I do not understand. If a person reads the description of the ad it states the following:
Because our Simple Accounting Software program is an Excel spreadsheet, there is no additional software to set up... just download the spreadsheet and go! Software has only been tested to run on Microsoft Excel for Windows and Mac.
MS Excel is required I do not understand why a person cannot understand that when it says program (software) is an excel sheet. Seems others just want free stuff. SO SAD
