They shipped the first message chair with little protection for rough handling so the frame was bent 3" out of square. The electronics box with no Styrofoam protection was destroyed. I was unable to get a response to returning unit until I used ebay help. They finally sent a second message chair which had received simular abuse in shipping due to poor packaging. It's bent and needs a 3/4" spacer under the rear corner to sit in it but at least it works. So for $669.99 I don't recommend seller!!!
