I am beyond appreciative for the seller. The first tv came and the screen was cracked. I panicked because it was a bday gift for my mother. The seller (Clara) did everything she could to rectify the issue immediately. She made sure to schedule a ups pickup for it but I ended up taking it since it was down the street and she made sure to put a rush on another TV for me and I got it just days later with no issue.
