Horrible seller! Item was listed as "open box" but it arrived used and missing several pieces and some of the included items were already used/broken. Reached out to seller and they suggested a partial refund and that I contact the manufacturer for the missing items. Opened a return request after that, then had to get a different label than the one they provided in return. Finally got it shipped back and after item showed returned to seller they still didn't refund me! Ebay had to do it! Beware!

The beaters to the mixer ended up missing but the customer representative did everything possible to correct the issue. They were super kind, very understanding and patient. Just remember when ordering online things can occur during packing and shipping that is unforeseen so have patience and be kind.
