Exactly as described. Item damaged and represented as such. I asked for additional pics and seller was very quick to send those. Shipped quickly. Would buy from seller again.
As a side note regarding this Kitchen Aid product which retails anywhere between 1,500 and 2,000 dollars is no way worth that price. Maybe 699, but that should be the top price. Not much too it. It looks good (which is why I bought it) in the kitchen, but for functionality and value for the investment, no at 1500.
