    Be prepared for a major assembly project.

    It took me 3hrs to assemble it but it has a well thought out design and goes together easy and fast. Someone who isn't very hands on will want to ask a friend for help. It has plenty of weight for a 200lb man to get a good workout. I can't even lift but half of the stack. It's way more than I can use. I love it. Great machine. Especially for the price.
