Seller packed a $300 collectible in a very thin shipping box. The shipping box was crushed during shipping and item had some damage. I asked for a partial refund and provided pictures of the damaged. Seller said it was a USPS issue and took no responsibility for using a thin shipping box for an expensive item. Seller did not discuss a refund amount and just refunded me $10. I wanted to discuss the refund amount because $10 was not an appropriate refund amount. However, he stopped communicating

Item was packaged in a standard thickness shipping box, wrapped in bubble wrap, and surrounded by foam inserts. Buyer messaged me complaining about a faint crease in the back of the box, aggressively blaming me for USPS mishandling the package, and asking for a partial refund instead of opening a dispute or returning the item. AFTER a partial refund was sent, buyer began asking for nearly $50 off to extort me. ADD THIS BUYER TO YOUR BLOCKED LIST.
