I've bought this brand of lighting before and, while it's not professional grade equipment, it is certainly more than serviceable for occasional use - you just need to be very gentle when handling and adjusting the lights and don't over tighten anything. In the end, the quality of light that I get out of these units is no different than what I got using ultra expensive professional soft boxes back when I was shooting professionally. And, of course, you can't beat the price! Easily maneuverable. lightweight.
Lights do add a slight yellowness to photos that I was under the impression and wish did not happen since it needs to be adjusted in editing. Other than that, lights are decent for my needs and cost. Will probably purchase more expensive lighting with correct coloring in the future. No instructions for assembly came with product.

This is a great setup
Just used my lights. They were easy to set up and I thought they are great quality. I love the ability to change the main lights as easy as flipping a switch. These are great lights and easy to set up the only thing I would suggest is to put directions with the boom light, but I figured it out in couple of minutes. They came well packed and are a lot cooler than my old lights. Overall I am thrilled with this set of lamps. Just used my lights. They were easy to set up and I thought they are great quality.
