Good experience overall. Item shipped quickly but the carrier service issued two tracking numbers. Seller quickly resolved the issue after I contacted them. The box was damaged upon delivery, with a small scratch on the item itself. There could have been some padding around the bow to account for mishandling during shipping, but the damage was minimal and cosmetic only. Package was also missing two small optional accessories but the seller mailed those without hesitation after I contacted them.
