    A modern masterpiece of informative writing.

    A lucid, thoroughly illustrated technical textbook from a man who fully understands the application of legal methodology to wideranging topics. The style of writing is concise and beautifully precise, eliminating ambiguity with elegant use of implication. Books don't get better than this, and i bought one as-new for an agreeable price.

    Must have.

    A judge recommended this book to me when I was struggling with some court procedures. He called it the Bible, so I had to get it. Addresses federal law, but applicable in most situations.
