I wasn't sure what I was going to expect with the weather insulation process and all the other repairs/upgrades at my house. First, Amber and Olivia from the office were exceptionally professional, eager to explain things, patient, with a positive attitude, and each time they made me feel at ease. Second, the crew (Jaylan, Orin, Juan, Eric, Jose and Jose) gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they set up and went to work right away. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable, answered my questions, super friendly, and very hard-working people. They even vacuumed and cleaned up after themselves. When we made the decision to go Solar, we were very anxious about the potential price tag, and having to deal with High-pressure salesman. After meeting with 4 different companies, we decided to use Greenlink. The representative we met with not only explained how Solar works, but she quickly answered any questions that we put in front of her. Everyone that we spoke with at the company seemed pleasant, knowledgeable, and responded quickly. They handled the permit process, the SREC filing, and also offered a couple of no interest options if we wanted to finance. When it came time for the installation and system set up, everyone was prompt, clean, and efficient. Working with Greenlink has been a very pleasant experience and We highly recommend their entire team to anyone considering Solar! We have a 5-acre farmette, with an average monthly electric bill of $375.00 a month. Our 72 panel system cost $14600 after the federal tax credit and SRECs. The system will “pay for itself” in 4 years!!!

We have loved Greenlink; you can't go wrong with them. Starting in December, the team designed the PV system, installed a bunch of spray foam to insulate the house, and then installed our whole system. It has been up and running for about 5 months now with no problems. We did not want to have to learn every detail of this technology but we wanted to understand our options. They will explain in as much or as little detail as you want. Through the whole process, you never have to email or call the power company, the city for permits, or the other organization a PV system requires. THEY DO ALL THAT. Tom Anderson (our sales guy) explained things to us in just the right way so it was not overwhelming and we could make good decisions. Very easy to talk to! Greenlink's communication was amazing from start to finish; questions, problems, scheduling - all great. They even can help you find a very low interest loan with a bank that does green energy loans if you need it. (your rebates will pay off most of the cost, but they might take a while to come in) The workers were so easy to have around the house, polite and CLEAN! Not just clean at the end of the job. Every day when they left, the yard was spotless. Thanks Eric! It's beautiful (mostly invisible really). It works. You can track all your progress on an app which is really fun to see how much energy you are generating. DO IT! You won't be sorry.

Greenlink Energy Solutions I just had an energy audit and spray foam insulation in 2 crawl spaces and cellulose in attic. The energy audit was very thorough using an infrared camera and blower door test. The auditor explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She was very thorough and detailed. She came back a few times during different phases of the project to make sure that air leaks were addressed as the work progressed. Each phase of the project was clearly communicated and questions were encouraged. The owner and team of 5 insulators were very respectful, skilled and professional. Cost was reasonable compared to other insulators. The process was very educational for me and I was extremely happy with how smoothly the process went and the quality of the work performed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering an insulation project.

This past summer, on a 90+ degree day, the Greenlink crew came to do some work at my home. The team showed up exactly on time, prepared to work and were extremely friendly. If you have gone through the process of hiring service professionals, contractors, or anything of the like, you know that there is a wide variety of styles, experience, and even personalities. During this process, I was struck by how Greenlink listened to my concerns, performed a whole home energy audit, and developed a plan for my home that was well rounded. I learned a lot, and never felt like I was being pressured. Some installers seemed to be only interested in putting up more panels, rather than increasing my home's efficiency to reduce demand. I am a nerd for efficiency, so I appreciated the Greenlink plan that included insulation upgrades, air sealing, upgraded fixtures, HVAC, and then solar to cap it off. My home has never been more comfortable and my costs are way down. My ROI is looking like 5 years! 1) The communication from Greenlink was top notch. I never wondered what was going on, absolutely everyone was friendly and professional, and when some changes had to be made due to permitting or other factors, Greenlink took care of my concerns. 2) Every time they were in my home, they were careful and clean. When they were working inside, or going up into the attic, they would leave behind only clean vacuum lines on the carpet. Working outside, they picked up all their trash and debris. To me, that says a lot about your attention to detail. 3) Speaking of clean, the solar installation was SUPER clean. No exposed conduit, everything buttoned up and orderly... I still get people remarking about how slick it looks. I can't recommend Greenlink more highly; they were simply awesome. Everything was quality, from the products, to the staff, to the communication... I have nothing but good things to say.
