No, the email signature templates are NOT provided as HTML code with multiple clickable links. These templates are strictly image files (PNG) and can be hyperlinked to ONLY ONE destination URL of your choice from within your email client software.

All products are available via instant download as soon as your purchase is completed. If you are logged into your Etsy account you can locate your files under your purchases and reviews in your account settings. If you order as a guest, you will find the download link in the email account you used when you placed your order.

You will receive a PDF with written instructions in your purchase file.

You only need the free version of Canva to edit the templates. If you don't have a Canva account, simply sign up for a free account and you will be ready to go.

If you are trying to access your Canva template on a MAC, please use the Chrome browser, NOT Safari. You should be logged into your own Canva account BEFORE clicking the link to the template. It is best to use a computer rather than the Etsy app when accessing your purchase.

First, you must have a Zip program installed on your computer. There are many free ones available if you don't have one installed already. Simply Google "Free Zip Programs" to download one of them.

Then, right-click the ZIP file. In the drop-down menu, click "Extract All"

If you want to unzip the files to a different folder, click "Browse" and choose a location on your computer.

Click "Extract" and the files will be unzipped and copied to the folder you chose.

Please do NOT request access permission for Google Sheets Spreadsheet templates. Permission is not necessary. Simply make a copy of the Spreadsheet while you are logged into your own Google account. You will automatically be able to edit YOUR OWN COPY.
