Embroidered SUPER10PLUS will take up to 3 days to ship. Name and Logo will be embroidered in the best position on the top. Unless requested otherwise at time of purchase. Thread color and font will compliment chosen scrub color. Please note, logo, name and unit may be embroidered on a patch and thread colour will be the closest match available to your chosen colour.

Does your logo design exceed the typical 2000 stitch limit?

Most designs for left chest size are within this limit, but extra fees may apply for additional work. Please send us your logo design for a free estimate.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase on items that are returnable. Returns must be in new, unworn condition, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when they were received. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is worn or damaged.
Please note that Before They Go items, custom-made products,
final sale inventory, and products marked as non-returnable in their description are not eligible for returns. Embroidered products are likewise final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please be aware that the colour tone can change slightly between orders. This is due to the dying process that the fabric rolls go through prior to arriving at the factory. Therefore we can not always guarantee an exact colour match to previous orders purchased.

• If your package is not received within 30 days of postage and tracking number does not work it can be considered lost.
• We insure all packages and will take responsibility for any claims.
• A full refund or replacement can be made while any lost item claim is being processed.
• If an item is returned unclaimed we will contact you in order to arrange re-delivery or discuss refund options. Please note in regards to unclaimed item(s) Buyer is responsible for all delivery plus return cost. (Both ways)!
• Re-delivery cost depends on weight and size of the product.
• Please be aware all returns must be sent back using the same courier as it was received.
