Customizable database that I use in my business to keep track of all of your people in your real estate business. I find that we don't need to over complicate our systems, but just stick to the basics. This template helps you keep track of all your people in one place and their information.
I love that it doesn't yell at you like a traditional CRM would if you don't fill out all the information or didn't follow up on a specific day. I love that it isn't owned by your brokerage. You can access it from the google sheets app on your phone, making it easy to update where ever you go.
I also like to keep track of where my clients are seeing me on specific social media platforms or if they are even receiving my emails. Sometimes I forget that not everyone is active on Instagram or Facebook, letting me know that I need to reach out in different ways.
This database template includes:
-General information about person
-Contact information
-Easy to use drop downs for tracking on how you are keeping up on them (in person, text, email, social media, pop-by, etc)
-Separating pages for specific categories of people to track to help keep up with your relationship
-date of last contact, so you can easily see how long its been and when you need to reach out next.
I use this along side Trello.com to keep my current clients flowing through the pipeline with a customizable checklist. You can find so many "how to" videos on YouTube and build a free system that works best for you.
