The figure arrived later than expected, but was packaged well. The figurine was made from cheap, unsanded plastic giving it a rough undefined appearance, not like what I had seen advertised. HOWEVER the seller has been incredibly patient with me and worked with me to improve the situation. The product may have not met my expectations, but the shop exceeded them. By far the best service I have received on Etsy so far. I highly recommend his shop to anyone who reads this.
