Should any damage occur PLEASE go to USPS.com to file a claim. You will need to keep the damaged item, in the box, and packaging materials, until claim is closed by USPS. You will also need a copy of your order invoice, which you can print directly from the order you placed in our shop on Etsy. Unfortunately this is mandated by the USPS.
