SHIPPING:

We use UPS and USPS as our carriers. If more than 3 plants are ordered and being shipped to the same location UPS 3 Day Select needs to be added to the states listed below:

CA~NV~UT~OR~WA~ID~MT~WY~CO~NM~SD~ND

If UPS 3 Day Select is not added to the recommended states then you are assuming all damage caused to the plants due to extended time in transit. We always want what is best for the plants and highly recommend adding the UPS 3-Day Select option.

We only ship to the contiguous United States which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

We guarantee that your plant(s) will be shipped out in healthy condition. Please keep in mind that plants do become stressed during shipping. We recommend you take your plant out as soon as possible upon arrival and provide water if needed and light. It is normal for it to be dry and leaves to be limp, it can take up to 1-2 weeks for your new plant to acclimate to its new home. We are extremely careful about how we package our plants and want your plant(s) to get to you safely just as much as you do! We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the plant(s) have been shipped and all sales are final. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out at any point! Please keep in mind that the shipping process is out of our control once the plants are in the carrier's possession. As we said, we of course want your plant(s) to arrive safe and sound and will do what WE can but unfortunately, are not able to guarantee they will arrive in the same condition we sent them in.
