Yes! Once you place an order, a proof of the engraving or embroidery design will be provided for your approval, usually within a couple of days. You will have an opportunity to make any necessary changes to the design before we customize your order.

Our usual turn-around time is 3-5 business days, however some orders can take up to 8-10 days to complete. This depends on many different factors.

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, include this information in the “note to seller” during the check-out and we will do our best to get the order shipped ASAP.

If you’re really in a hurry to get the item delivered, contact the shop owner before placing your order and we can usually arrange to rush the processing in 1-2 days and expedite the shipment for an additional cost.
