All pictures are printed and matted professionally and paper used is high quality, glossy, premium, acid free paper. Photos will include a nice heavy mat in black or white. If you do not specify to us prior to shipping, the color will be black. ALL PHOTOS ARE BACKED, SHIPPED IN A PHOTO SLEEVE AND ARE READY FOR THE FRAME.

POLICIES & DISCLAIMERS

Most packages are shipped within 2 business days of purchase unless we notify you of a delay. (No postal service on weekends.)

Please check your address in Etsy and PayPal ( if applicable). We can not change addresses once the order is placed. If you notice that your address is wrong after check out, please contact us and we will refund your order so you can place it again with the correct address.

If your package is returned due to insufficient address, we will automatically issue a refund less a 20% restock fee to cover the postage we paid to send it to you.


RETURNS:
The whole order must be returned for credit. We do not allow partial returns.

We guarantee our products 100%. If a product arrives damaged due to our error, we will correct it. If you receive a product, that is not what you ordered, please contact us. We will either replace it or refund it.

If you receive a broken or wrong item, we will gladly pay the return shipping fee. However, if you decide you do not want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and we charge a 20% restock fee.

Please contact us, as many returns can be handled with a picture of the problem. In most cases, we do not require a return for a broken item. Thank you. 409-489-8606

We no longer ship to Puerto Rico or any of the Protectorates. We also do not ship Internationally. We will ship our packages with FedEx and UPS, please no PO Boxes for delivery addresses. No partial returns accepted, all items must be returned.
