Why we don't accept the returns, because desk set is produced for you specially with your name written or your initials written. Due to long distance and high cost of delivery, we are unable to accept the returns. However we are ready to do everything to make you feel good with your purchase. so please contact us if you have any question or a problem. we will do our best to solve the problem in a short time.

we give high importance to the packaging. It is very important to deliver the items in good condition. Our wooden desk sets and leather desk sets are put into the carton box. Box sizes are 65x43x11 cm for desk sets with double document trays and 55x34x10 cm for other desk sets with less accessories.
we also put protective sponges on corners to protect the products.

Mostly we have them in our stocks. But same times we run out of some items. But In 1-2 day we produce and make it ready for delivery.

we work on saturdays. so if you give us an order on saturday, it will be prepared and packed for the delivery on monday.
ıf you ordered on sunday, we will prepare it on monday and deliver it next day. Please remember this is valid for leather desk organizers. for wood desk organizers we may need longer time.(1-2 more days)

We use special Turkish courier companies and PTT who has a special agreement with international courier companies such as Fedex, Tnt and Dhl.

When you pleaced and order, we contact you and give you all the informations about your order. Delivery time is 7-10 days. we work hard to do it in 3-5 days and push our limits for you :-)
