What if my order arrives damaged?
Sometimes items get damaged during transit by the shipping carrier.
Unfortunately the damage claim process can take an extended amount of time depending on the policies of the carrier.
Please contact us upon receipt of a damaged item so the damage claim process can begin as soon as possible.
We cannot replace or reship a damaged item until approved by the shipping carrier.
How will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship every stock order the same day received, but no later than the following business day for orders placed after the shipping cut off or over the weekend.
Custom orders may take 7 to 10 days to leave our shop.
What is the USPS Transit Time?
The Post Office claims 2 Days for Priority Mail Packages.
We RARELY see that unless you are in our immediate vicinity.
Most USPS packages arrive in 4 to 5 days.
When you track a USPS package you may see the status as "Accepted", "Pending Acceptance" or something similar.
This status occurs when a postal worker scans your package and takes custody of the package.
That status may remain for an extended period of time making it seem like it is not moving through the system.
The Post Office does not scan packages at every point of movement and that Accepted status may remain until the package is out for delivery.
Please do not contact us for tracking status as we have the same tracking information as you.
