Receipts, Gift Notes and Packaging

We never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, CHANGE OF ORDER, CANCELLATION OF ORDER

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Just contact us right away and we will change the address on your shipping label. In the case where your order has been shipped, it will be too late and we won't be able to change the address at that point. If the package is returned to the sender, we will contact you and re-ship it to an address of your choice. This will be of additional cost for re-shipping.

CHANGE OF ORDER / CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Orders are usually processed within hours to get ready for production. Thus, if you need to make any changes to your order (including how to personalize your jewelry) or cancel your order, please do so within 5 hours of placing the order, or before you receive the “Your Order Has Shipped! notification, whichever is earlier.

Any tips on how to care my jewelry?

To maintain the quality of your new Luz Jewels Co., please:
- Remove it when going to sleep, pool, beach, or spa.
- Avoid contact with perfumes, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners. Never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will do more harm than good.
- For light cleaning, gently polish with a dry, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching. Avoid water when cleaning.
- Store your beloved jewelry in a cool dry place.

What are your policies on Personalized and Non-Personalized Items?

Returns are allowed on UN-WORN, NON-PERSONALIZED items, within 2 weeks of receipt. I cannot allow returns on personalized jewelry unless there has been an error on my part. Any refunds issued will not include shipping charges.

Please contact me for authorization for your return, please do not simply send the item back.

Returned item/s MUST be received back in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please be careful to pack the item so as to avoid any damage.

If an item happens to break within one month (30 days) of the purchase date, I will gladly repair the item. I will not charge for the repair, but will charge for re-shipping the item back to you.

Do you ship outside of Canada and U.S?

All orders are shipped by air mail and you will be able to choose from expedited shipping options at check out.

Delivery within the US take 2-4 business days.
Delivery from US to Canada takes 7-15 business days.
Delivery from US to Worldwide takes 4-20 business days.

I am not responsible for any custom duties or taxes.

WARRANTY

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date packaged is delivered for repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge.

You will be paying the shipping fee to deliver the item to us for repair. If your jewelry is outside of the warranty, we charge a repair fee as well as standard shipping fee to deliver the item back to you.

LOST, STOLEN or UNDELIVERED SHIPMENT

I am not responsible for:

- Incorrect address
- Any time delay due to customs, weather, saturation etc...

Post office mistakes and failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. I will do my best to help out each customer to try and locate the package. If your package has not arrived a month after it has shipped please contact me.

Communication & Refunds

Communication:
If customers do not leave enough or correct information to let us know how to personalize their orders, we send Etsy conversation to discuss the details. Please check our Etsy conversation after your place your order.

Refunds:
Refunds will usually appear on your card statement within 2-5 business days. Occasionally, refunds can take up to 30 days to appear.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Only selected items arrive in a gift box and include a tracking number.

Every other item is placed in a small gift envelope.

Invoices-receipts are not included in the packages.
