2. What is your rain policy for bounce house rentals?
If it rains on your party date, you have the option to cancel or postpone the party til a later date.
If you cancel, you will receive a FULL REFUND. If you choose to postpone, you have a full calendar year to use the funds on file. No Refunds are granted AFTER a bounce house has been set-up.
3. How do we clean our Party Rental Equipment?
We have a strict cleaning and disinfecting process that all of our party rentals gets before and after each rental. Lysol, Odoban, & Simple Green are the chemicals we use to sanitize our inflatables.
