RMS Hospitality Group (RMS HG) and Franchise Select is a specialized MGA program division of RMS Insurance Brokerage, LLC that delivers commercial property, general liability insurance, HNOA, up to 100% liquor liability, assault & battery, workers compensation, and excess insurance to businesses operating within the hospitality industry. This Group consists of hospitality risk management specialists with a national reach who bring expertise in underwriting businesses to a wide range of entities including: Franchise food, nightclubs, adult nightclubs, comedy clubs, pubs & taverns, sports bars, lounges, hookah bars, casual style restaurants, family style restaurants and live music venues. These entities can be covered with late closing as allowed by state law. RMS can also consider accounts with claim activity, new ventures, and lapses. Additionally, as the MGA, we have the backing and “pen” for carriers that maintain A.M. Best financial strength rating A+, A , and A-. We underwrite, rate, quote and issue policies “in-house” on behalf of the carriers on an exclusive basis
