A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL SALE. Exchange & returns for store credit available for dissatisfied items or damaged items.  
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. We advise all customers to check their items immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected.
All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods for store credit only. After this time we cannot guarantee that the return or exchange request will be accepted.
To file claims for damages & returns, please email us at glammy90021@gmail.com or send messages through fashiongo chat.

Please provide us with your order number or Invoice number in the subject line with the following information in the body:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier as we are not responsible for any lost items. 
All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges. 
All other returns that are out of original packaging, passed the return period or unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 
All sale items or discounted items and special order items can not be returned.

Back order / Pre Orders (currently out of stock with future delivery dates) items will be shipped as they become available. 
All orders will be shipped as soon as it reaches our facility unless customer states to call before shipping.

Cancellation Policy

    If an order cancellation is necessary, please contact us within the same day the order is placed. 
If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.
