Pastrata Mexican Restaurant

Tonight was a wonderful experience eating supper at your restaurant! I found it through a gluten free app, although my friends are not gluten free and really enjoyed their meals! As in other reviews the owner came out when he found out I was allergic to gluten.Answered any questions I had and my meal was delicious! Great service and wonderful food, highly recommend this restaurant. We’ll be back soon!

Highly recommend this place. The owner came right out and waited on us as soon as he heard we needed gluten free. We immediately felt comfortable as we could tell he understood gluten free and what was needed.

Separate fryers and Prep tables.

And the food tasted great!

I’m writing about my experience at Pastrata as I finish eating. Handedly the best and freshest food I have had during my time in Punta Cana, the staff is so knowledgeable about gluten allergies and know exactly how to handle your needs while still serving up delicious food. I got a chance to connect with the owner and honestly it was one of the more genuine interactions I’ve had with a business owner. You could tell the level of care that he puts into his craft and it shows through his food. If you are looking for a delicious meal whether you’re catering to a food allergy or not Pastrata is the place for you! I would highly recommend it and will most definitely be back! Thanks for the wonderful meal and experience.

The food was excellent.

Almost the entire menu is gluten free.

Owner Mr Pastrata came over and was very thorough with his cooking methods and explained no cross contamination. He was very friendly and explained all the food was freshly made. The grille. Grouper he recommended and cooked himself was freshly caught.
