Most of the dishes at this establishment are naturally gluten free.
That being said, I forgot about soy sauce when I ordered online. I marked that I have an allergy and they actually called me to confirm that the sauces were okay -- I didn't know if their soy sauce would be GF so I switched meats (the spice tuna has soy sauce mixed in) for the sushi burrito roll to something that isn't tossed with soy sauce.
They were so accommodating and willing to do anything that would help,l and learn about the allergy, I was really impressed. They walked me through each sauce.
I got several milk teas and the sushi is very good.
Re: the tea - most of the teas are gf by nature, but I didn't ask about the flavor add ins, so I'll check next time when I want something fancier.
I didn't order the poke bowls but, by nature, most could be easily gf as well.
I was impressed by both the food and the service. Definitely going back.
