For me it's hard to catch her while she's open. I've had her stuff once, and I liked it. No problems, but I don't have celiacs. I asked her what was in the mixture of the thing I bought and she was able to tell me every ingredient off the top of her head. If I remember correctly it was all ancient grains. (This is for a foldover pie type thing.)

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Tina's stuff. Hand pies, sourdough bread, brownines, elf bites, cheese crackers, graham crackers, cookies - it's all to die for good. And she'll even bring it to you during this dumb pandemic!!

She has great GF food. I have bought from the Richland Farmer's Market Location. She adds vitamins to her bread, similar to what you see with fortified gluten breads. For the tasty treats, they are not added but taste great. My favourite item is the zuchini bread, and she offers lots of sweet and savory items.

Dedicated gluten free facility. Excellent cookies and apple pie cakes. Highly recommend. This business has a storefront at the Pasco Farmers Market. I have also added the card for this business
