I have worked as a mental health therapist for over 21 years. During that time, my work has been primarily with survivors of trauma—sexual, familial, religious, and institutional. Though my current focus is working with LGBTQ+ clients, my practice is open to non-LGBTQ+ individuals as well. It takes courage to take that first step to contact a therapist, but the truth is that most every client I have encountered has virtually every answer to their perceived problem already. My role is to help remove the roadblocks to growth.
