Made New – Part of God’s Family – Live Service – Pastors Marlee and Dave Page

The early church shared a deep sense of fellowship around their belief in the risen Christ. They supported each other’s faith based on their shared love for Jesus and their commitment to living out His teachings. They shared with anyone who had a need and spent time reading the scripture and eating together. This spirit of community was what allowed their numbers to grow each day and for the Gospel to spread far and wide. Today, believers can enjoy the community that comes from faith. Being a part of God’s family helps experience all that God has for us.

Made New: Moving Past Our Past – Live Service – Pastor Marlee Page

One of the greatest obstacles to us growing in our faith is the inability to fully receive the forgiveness of God. Our past mistakes, shortcomings and failures too often hold us back from all that God has for us. God invites us to live with a future focus. Rather than dwelling on the past, we live with eager anticipation for what lies ahead.

Psalms – The Journey to Easter: Part 1 – Live Service- Pastor Marlee Page

As we prepare for Easter, and Church family, we should, each of us, be intentional about preparing our Hearts for the Easter Season, we would encourage you to reflect upon and then to acknowledge the places in our own lives where we need deliverance. This is a very special time, one that we can use confess our sins and shortcomings before God, knowing that He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

CommUNITY – Live Service – Laura Gaffan

Children’s questions about God’s love and His purpose highlight the mysteries of our faith. Jesus’s prayer in John 17 reveals the deep unity He desires for His followers. This unity should be the hallmark of the church because our foundation is Jesus Christ alone. We may all have different gifts and roles within the church, but we unite as one body to fulfill our mission – sharing the good news of Jesus with the world. When we live in unity, the world will know that God sent Jesus and loves us all.

From Disorientation to Reorientation: The Journey of Psalm 30 – Live Service – Pastors Marlee and Dave Page

Yet, in the midst of despair, there is hope. For our God is a God of redemption and restoration. He does not leave us in our sorrow but reaches out with His tender mercy and grace to lift us up from the pit of despair. He turns our mourning into dancing, our wailing into songs of joy. He replaces our sackcloth with garments of praise.

Psalms – Finding Hope in Disorientation – Live Service – Pastor Marlee

Ultimately, our journey through disorientation requires surrendering to God’s will and submitting our lives to His guidance. Jesus Himself exemplified this surrender in the Garden of Gethsemane, praying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done” (Luke 22:42). When we relinquish control and trust in God’s perfect plan, we find peace amidst the storm.

Psalms – Ancient Wisdom for Modern Life – Life Service – Pastor Dave Page

Since Jesus has come, is the Old Testament even relevant ? What difference does the coming of Jesus Christ make to the meaning of a psalm? – That’s a great question and a really big challenge too.
The psalms were written before Christ came. But now he has come. The Incarnation has happened, the Lord has lived a flawless human life, he has died his atoning death to pay the penalty for sinners, he has been raised in his body and ascended to the Father’s right hand on high. This makes a huge difference, right?? Well, yes, actually it makes a massive difference.
