The French Fitness Multi Functional T-Bar Landmine System is your ultimate full-body landmine workout package. Provides the ability to train the entire body either through unilateral or compound movements simply by inserting an Olympic bar into the sleeve. Allows you to perform a variety of traditional and even non-conventional exercises safely and comfortably with light to heavy loads. This package provides you with a landmine plate pivot and four (4) different handles. The Landmine System also includes a rack for all of your landmine handles, as well as a weight horn and two olympic bar holders, so you don't have to carry your weight and bar across the gym.

LANDMINE ROTATING HANDLE

The Landmine Rotating Handle can be used to train different muscle areas with isolation and compound motions. The functional design enhances the range of motion for rotating exercises such as rows, presses, and raises, as well as core strength development. Helps maximize range of motion across lateral raises, one arm rows and multiple core exercises.

LANDMINE DOUBLE ROTATING HANDLE

Double Rotating Handle is great for total body strength and power exercises with a focus on the core. The rotating neutral grips enhance wrist comfort during lifts and make pressing, thruster, and rotational training easier to complete.

LANDMINE CLUB GRIP

The Landmine Club Grip is compatible with most Olympic bars and features an easy-to-use locking mechanism to keep the sleeve in place. Comfort and safety are provided by the contoured ball handle. Users with smaller hands will appreciate the handle.

LANDMINE PADDED GRIP

The Landmine Padded Grip features a powder-coated steel ball for a comfortable and secure grip. The removable foam pad provides comfort and safety during your shoulder press workout.
