At Fresh Earth Bistro Foundation, our mission is to help build the framework for sustainable food production in communities around the world. We want to help create a world where healthy, organic, whole food products are available in every neighborhood and every home, while ensuring the health of our planet.

The Challenge

» By 2050, food production will need to increase by 70% to accommodate the projected human population of 10 billion.

» By 2070, most viable soil will be absent of nutrients and unable to sustain crops.

» Pervasive supply chain disruptions will likely escalate, as infrastructure fights to keep up with growth


The Solution

We can solve these problems by making small changes to how we grow our food and where we get our food. By implementing sustainable grow practices and shortening the supply chain, we’ll be able to build redundancies into our food supply.

Today’s children will be the adults dealing with this challenge in 2050. By educating them today, we can help secure their tomorrow.
