Word Of Mouth Language Trainer (WOMLT) aims to be the world’s best language trainer. Even professional language experts like interpreters often speak with an accent – which often “translates to” hundreds and even thousands of words they mispronounce. Close enough? Maybe. We will be creating a realistic robot parrot. It will function as a bluetooth speaker, a pet, a companion for your pets, a sentence provider, a language trainer -- and so much more.

Initially, iParrot BEAKer is a bluetooth speaker that looks exactly like an African Grey parrot.
 

Eventually, the advanced version will be a computer capable of higher-level language training, such as spaced repetition of sentences and adjusting exposure to sentences based on the human's interaction with the robot. The advanced version will resemble a real African Grey parrot in every way.

People will be talking to robot birds. The applications reach far beyond language learning into the realms of combating depression and providing companionship, for humans and for pets! iParrot will train real parrots to speak - and to do other things!

iParrot BEAKer wants to be the most beautiful robot parrot created – and the best language partner ever. iParrot is your new pet parrot who will teach you.

iParrot will one day speak in many voices - especially your voice, after you train it with your voice to speak your voice. It will speak sentences in your voice in languages you don't even know - yet. Then, you can memorize those sentences - that were taught to you in your voice by your pet robot parrot!

iParrot will be the world's number one toy – and the only main language learning hardware/software combo and the most wanted tech product on the planet.

In addition to being a human tutor, iParrot will serve as a parrot tutor. Through artificial intelligence, the robot will mimic the behavior of the real animal and learn how to parrot the real parrot perfectly. We can research how parrots learn to speak with iParrot versus without it.

These will be fascinating questions to answer.
