Orders totaling $79 or more will receive free shipping.

Delivery:

Please note that the time frame for delivery includes both the order processing and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, you can expect 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 10-15 business days for shipping, which means that you can expect your order to arrive within 11-18 business days. Our system will automatically match the best distribution logistics according to factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order contains a "PO Box" address, our system will review and judge based on the delivery logistics you choose. If the logistics method cannot be delivered to a "PO Box" address, we will notify customer support to modify the address or cancel the order.

Note : Our orders only charge product fees and shipping fees, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).

Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • The Return Policy for products purchased from GentStylish allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery day.
  • The customer can contact their nearest post office to arrange a collection or drop off the item(s); We will decide whether to reimburse the freight for you according to the reason for your return. If it is our responsibility, we will reimburse you for the freight. If it is your responsibility, we will not reimburse the freight.
  • In the event that a customer receives incorrect or damaged items, they should contact customer service as soon as possible by sending clear photos.
  • The GentStylish team will re-ship or refund the customer, depending on the specific situation. Customers must contact the GentStylish team to receive a return address before sending back the products.

Return Requirements
(1)For items with no quality issue, GentStylish expects the customer to return the items unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with the original tags and packaging material.
(2)Before shipping the items back, customers must seek approval by the GentStylish customer service team.
(3)In the case of quality issues or incorrect product delivery, customers should take photos showing the problem and contact customer service for a return address.


Customers are eligible to contact GentStylish for return or refund under the following circumstances:
① Receiving incorrect or damaged item(s).
② Receiving a faulty item(s).
③ Disliking the item(s) (note that in this case, GentStylish will not reimburse the return shipping costs).

To ensure a smooth return process, customers must contact the GentStylish customer service team with the order number, SKU number/product name, and reason for return. The team will respond to a return request within 24 business hours, and customers will be required to provide a return proof in the form of a tracking number and valid return receipt. Once GentStylish receives the returned item(s), they will arrange a refund or exchange for the customer.


GentStylish requests the customer not to send their return package to the sender's address on the package. Only the return address provided by GentStylish's customer service team should be used. Customers must also avoid including non-GentStylish items in the return package.

Customers must keep proof of the return tracking number when shipping back their returns since GentStylish is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages. The processing of refunds may take up to 7 business days to show on the customer's account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
In the case of misprinted, damaged, or defective items caused by GentStylish's production or transportation, GentStylish will provide a full refund. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, the customer will receive a full refund. Likewise, if an order is canceled before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund. If parcels are lost in transit, GentStylish will issue a full refund to cover the loss, and if an updated address is confirmed, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs. Customers who provide the wrong address when placing an order and fail to contact GentStylish to change it will be responsible for all losses. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial and will not be refunded.
