Age: Passengers must be at least 7 years of age
Weight: 300 lbs per passenger - passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional comfort seat. All airplane passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in.
Health limitations: It's recommended that pregnant women check with the healthcare provider if flying is allowed.
Physical limitations: The airplanes are wheelchair accessible.

Languages: Narrations are available in Chinese - Mandarin & Cantonese, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish.

- All passengers are required to reconfirm their tour at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our reservations department at 702-835-8477. Please have your reservation number available. The partner's specialists are available daily from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm (Pacific Time). Reservations without confirmed pick-up information will be wait-listed.
- Baggage Restrictions - Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft due to limited space.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available

Pilot gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
FUEL SURCHARGE: Due to the increased price of aviation fuel, a temporary fuel surcharge between $5 - $30 per seat is in effect and is collected at the time of check-in.

Self Drive to Grand Canyon South Airport: Guests must provide their own transportation to Grand Canyon South Airport.
Arrival and Check-in: Guests arrive at the Grand Canyon South Airport 30 minutes before departure, providing ample time for check-in and preparation for the adventure.
Airplane Tour: Embark on a thrilling airplane tour over the Grand Canyon, soaring above the Kaibab National Forest, Confluence of the Little Colorado River, and iconic canyon formations such as Imperial Point and Zuni Corridor. Enjoy unobstructed views from the sky, capturing the breathtaking beauty of this natural wonder.
Ground Excursion with Buck Wild Hummer Tours: After the airborne adventure, head to the nearby Buck Wild Hummer Tours terminal for the ground excursion. A knowledgeable driver-guide will meet you, providing insightful commentary as you journey to the Grand Canyon National Park.
Scenic Stops: Experience some of the most impressive views of the Grand Canyon at scenic stops that may include Duck on a Rock, Yavapai Point, and Moran Point. Each location offers endless photo opportunities, allowing you to capture the awe-inspiring landscapes.
Exploration and Commentary: Throughout the ground excursion, your driver-guide will share information about the Grand Canyon's history, geology, and unique features, enhancing your understanding and appreciation of this magnificent natural wonder.
Conclusion of the Tour: Guests can either use their own transportation or arrange for the designated drop-off locations provided by the tour operator.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience. Flights are subject to cancellation due to lack of passenger demand, weather, etc.
