The pay is terrible. They don't care about paying you a fair wage. The management only cares about themselves Very high turnover rate I saw a fellow coworker cry at work They lie to you so you take the job and then they will not pay you what you agreed on

We try to stay competitive in the social media industry and give each employee all the tools they need to thrive in their position, whether it's copywriting or working with our core team. Our turnover rate is great right now, and I can assure you that we have lots of very happy employees here. :) We've been working hard on improving the service we provide, including the content, photos, hiring, and more. Big changes have been made and more are on the horizon. We appreciate the time you spent with us and wish you all the best in your future endeavors! Kindly, Heather Hart Operations Manager
