PRESIDENT & CEO, DAVID GIMZA
As the firm’s founder, David’s primary role is meeting with clients, discussing their projects and coming up with a Bespoke plan to ensure their vision is achieved. In order to do this, David works closely with Architects and Designers right from the start. Since project management is key to any successful renovation, David ensures he keeps his clients apprised of all ongoing issues/concerns and when key milestones are reached during the renovation process.
With David’s background in Architecture and Design, he is the ideal candidate for your next general contracting project. His unique skill set, which is not something many of his competitors possess, is something he can boast about. David can walk into your home and understand all the intricate details that would be involved in your renovation. This attention to detail ensures an accurate budget at the start with minimal surprises at the end.

PROJECT MANAGER - DAVID OWEN
David Owen graduated from George Brown with honours in building renovation and has been working in the industry for the last 10 years. While gaining experience on the job site, he decided to focus his talent and attention to detail on managing projects and maintaining a positive and knowledgeable relationship with clients and homeowners.
David’s personal philosophy is centred around creating positive and lasting relationships with clients and trades alike. This fosters a seamless project timeline and overall success for everyone.
